Villa Dubrovnik offers a spectacular view of the Adriatic, with enchanting panoramas and an elegant, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant is excellent: dishes are well-crafted, flavorful, and prepared with quality ingredients, to be enjoyed in a refined setting, especially at sunset. Prices are high, both at the restaurant and for the stay, but largely justified by the quality of the cuisine, service, and location. The staff is kind, attentive, and always available, with a discreet and thoughtful presence. The rooms, while bright and welcoming, are not particularly spacious, especially considering the prices. Overall, it is a charming and refined property, ideal for having a special experience in Dubrovnik, amidst the sea, excellent cuisine, and authentic charm.

First Class Hotel
Our stay at Villa Dubrovnik was truly exceptional. Despite the mix-up with our initial booking, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. On our second night they upgraded us to the Presidential Suite with breathtaking views of the Adriatic and the Old Town. The service throughout our stay was top-notch and food was delicious. The stunning views from the Villa added to the overall charm of our visit. I highly recommend Villa Dubrovnik to anyone traveling to Dubrovnik.

Magnificent
The hotel is spectacular in every way. It is recently renovated and it shows, it is beautiful and very comfortable. The food is very good and the service is very attentive. 100% recommended

To expensive for the menu
Great place , wonderfull terrace…. But !
We are disappointed, because we reserve a menu which cost 175€, with lobster and when we arrive at the table, there is no lobster . It we’ll be change by pasta with 3 mussels . Don’t demand to reserve a menu before coming if you change it, it’s not fare !

I am truly sorry for the disappointment and for the miscommunication regarding the menu. Unfortunately, the lobster ravioli sold out during service that evening, and our team informed you upon arrival and offered pasta with mussels as an alternative.

Beautiful Modern Property in Unique Location
Fantastic property with great unique location, beautifully designed with high quality finishes, no shortcuts. Our room 403 had a fantastic view, as I assume most rooms do. Breakfast outside is really peaceful, with amazing view of the bay. The rocky beach area was well attended. Swimming in the ocean was fantastic. The unique location makes it a bit hard to get to. The location given by Google is wrong. I would not drive your own car to the property if you can avoid it, given how hard it is to reach.
