Very nice!!

It was a wonderful experience. Rooms very clean. A very nice balcony with sea view. Friendly and helpful staff. Strategic position. I recommend you have breakfast outside on the balcony, it is extraordinary ....

Very close to bus station

+ Very close to bus station, going directly to old town, just 1-2 minutes walking
+ Our room's decoration was better than the photos
+ We had a nice balcony, that we shared with the next room
- We were lucky to find the last parking space, just in front of the apartment. There is no private parking space
- All of the apartments in Croatia accept cash only

Beautiful rooms, quiet locality

Located in a quiet residential area, Villa Franovic is typical of the new gen B&B... The owner is in the background, available on the phone in case of any queries. There is someone hired to look after the B&B (actually just 1 B as there is no breakfast involved). She cleans & maintains the rooms and answers all your sightseeing & other related doubts.
Rooms are quite spacious & well decorated. There is a common kitchen available for the guests for their tea coffee and some basic cooking.
Though it is situated in a narrow lane, they made space for our biggish sized car. The rooms on the 2nd floor were a little difficult to access with big sized luggage. Else everything was good.
Couple of restaurants close by with good food to offer. Easy to catch buses or book taxis to travel to the city.

Fabulous

Spent 4 nights in this fabulous apartment, big balcony, air conditioning and only a few minutes walk from the beach . A short bus ride into dubrovnik old town , and near the bars and restaurants of Lapad it's the best of both worlds .
The owners couldn't have been more friendly or helpful , perfect place to stay and would totally recommend.

2 nite stay

Would be a 3/5 but a 4 due to froendly owner Nico picking me up out of his way after i couldnt locate the villa. Much appreciated!!! Ok, single beds o ly but as a solo traveller not fussed. Good air cond, a sm fridge but importantly a sm freezer for putting in dtinks to keep cool as temps over 30deg C. Large clean bathroom too. Close to Lapad beavh and promenade. Cons: poor wifi...something i encountered whole trip. So wont bag them for this however would appreciate more than 3 x free to air tv channels plus the cctv of walled city! Seriously, I'm sure it wouldnt be hard to release a few more channels of at least news or up to date sport and or general movies or programs.
