Misleading promo photos and deceptive room categories – Avoid!

​Warning to anyone booking this hotel! We booked and confirmed a "Family Room, Seaside, Balcony" with promotional photos clearly showing an open, beautiful sea view.
​We requested an early check-in, which was promised but not provided. Because of that, we spent the day at the beach and returned around 6:00 PM to finally check into our room.
When we opened the door, we were in total shock!
​Instead of a seaside room with a sea view, we were given underground room looking directly at a concrete wall, the side of an adjacent building, and a ventilation unit. There was no sea view whatsoever.
​When we asked to speak with a manager, no one showed up or cared to resolve the issue. At 7:00 PM, we had no choice but to leave the hotel with our luggage and look for alternative accommodation in Jelsa.
​Shameful attitude towards guests and pure deception with photos that do not match reality. Avoid this place if you don't want your vacation ruined!
​P.S. Attached are photos of the room and view that were sold to us as a "seaside balcony."

The hotel is very expensive compared what they are offering, I would not recomend it. The room smelt like cigarets and hotel was full so they cannot change room. The curtains are smaller then windows so at sunrise there was a lot of light in the room. We had breakfast and dinner, at breakfast no croassant or pies offered. Dinner quality was pretty low and plates glasses forks where washed badly and a bit dirty. This hotel is a 2 stars and should charge half what they are asking or increasy the quality.

The hotel is located in a beautiful place. Lots of beautiful beaches are nearby. Special praise for the animators. The guy from Mostar does a fantastic job with the children.

Run down hotel

We were put in this hotel for one night due to an overbooking expedient at the hotel we had booked. The place is run down and seemed semi derelict until the arrival of a local sports team of about 60 people. The bar was self service and the drinks available were unpleasant and watered down. No tonic water just a soda machine with cheap syrups. Accomodation was cramped and basic, Food poor quality and mostly out of a tin. Couldn't wait to be out of the place and at our booked hotel.
So grateful that it was only for one night!
