Lovely place

Me and my friend had a great stay in Komiza and in Villa Kamenica. Everything went just perfect, our apartment was even better what we expected and the hostess was really friendly and helpful.
There was air conditioning and a good bathroom. Beds were also comfortable and we slept very well.
It was very easy to arrive by bus from Vis. Villa Kamenica was in perfect location: very close to everything but still in a quite spot. The garden was beautiful. Nearest beach was just behind the corner and was a really nice beach.
I would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend this to anyone.
I really fell in love with Komiza and enjoyed so much my time there.

Disappointed

Still a disappointment if the owner is not present. First we were sent away by an employee, but it turned out to be the correct address, even though I showed the large sign with the name on it. (She doesn't speak English, so she didn't understand us) We ended up entering from a different side and then explained that we had really booked the apartment. It was not clear whether the employees had been informed or not. The sheets for our child were arranged quickly. Asked the owner via text message if we could use the washing machine. Someone came and after a few hours I took my laundry to the employees, who said that the washing machine was broken. Finally called and I was allowed to leave my laundry. I assume they didn't use any detergent and left the laundry in the machine for a long time because it was a smelly wet stuff that hung crumpled on the line. I have tried to let everything dry in the sun as openly as possible, but all the clothes smell very bad. Our Ferry left late on the day of departure. I had already asked twice by email whether we could leave the apartment later or whether we could leave the luggage behind, and I had also asked that question again by text message 2 days before. There was never an answer. (So asked 3 times and no answer 3 times) If it is not possible, I can understand that, but simply not answering or avoiding the question is childish. The apartment was clean. So much went wrong because the owners were not there and the employees cannot speak English and they did not want to make much effort or is it because of communication, it remains a mystery. We felt anything but welcome.

Beautiful and relaxing stay

I highly recommend this property.
We stayed in apartment Bella, clean and cozy studio with beautiful sea view balcony.The villa itself is very beautiful, I was amazed with Mediterranean garden that has lemon, figa and olives trees, turtles, nice sculptures that our host Tomislav made and jacuzzi.
Location is perfect, you are close to everything. Komiža is stunning, with lost of things to do like hiking/walking, diving, visiting Blue Cave or just enjoying on beautiful beaches like Stiniva or Srebrna.
Hosts were really friendly and nice. They have a cut dog Duje who is also part of the family. We will definitely come back.

Most beautiful place to stay in Komiža

The best place to stay in Komiža. Nice apartments and rooms with nice people who rent them. Just 5 minutes of walk to beach, centre and restaurants. Go to Blue cave on Biševo, try steaks in Barba, try grilled fish in Pojoda. Try it and you will love it ;-)

Relax & Enjoy

We stayed 1 week at appartment Margharita, it was just perfect. The house is located close to the center, very clean and calm. Katharina takes care about this jewel and is a wonderful lovely person - we felt very comfortable. Thank you very much!
