Nice holiday apartment

Very beautiful apartment with good space for 8 people +. Really helpful hostess, super relationship with beach and pool. Good parking conditions in front. Clean and well-maintained, you feel very welcome. Towels for pool and extra if desired.
Despite restaurant under apartment -peaceful and quiet. See also review of Restaurant Dandy.

Great place with nice staff and wonderfull view

Upon arrival, Alen was not there but his brother was. he showed us to our room and was very friendly, eventhough we were a few hours early for the check-in. the room was spacious, modern and very comfortable. the view from the balcony was stunning and ideal for an afternoon coffee. the restaurant downstairs, Konoba Dandy, had amazing food at afforable prices (granted, a little more expensive than some other places around, but well worth it) and even more amazing staff! this accomodation is a while away from Dubrovnik center but I definitely recommand renting a scooter because the views on the way are beautifull and the drive is very pleasant on its own. we will definitely come here again and recommand anyone else to do the same

Nice view and pool

The place is just by the shore, one road away. The rooms are ok and clean but have a 3 star feeling. The pool in the back yard is nice. There is a playground just in front of the hotel. The view of the bay is very nice. There is a small pebble beach 10 min walk away. The plus points are the view, the ambience outside and the price of the rooms.

Great budget apartment for those with a car to do Dubrovnik

We had 2 rooms, 2 baths and a sort of mini kitchen. The kitchen needs to be a little better equipped but other than that it was a perfect spot for a base for trips into Dubrovnik and Montenegro. We swam both in the little pool out back or in the calm picturesque bay out front. The WIFI is very spotty and does not work properly in the end rooms. The family that owns the restaurant downstairs does marvelous dinners waterside.

Not recommended

The room was dirty. The bed was spotted, under the bed we found a yoghurt and other garbage of the previous guests. The shower was dirty and its door was broken. The wc was dirty. The terrace is in common with all the rooms.
Nice position in front of the sea and 5 minutes walk to market and bus stop for Dubrovnik. Low price if you book without agency.wifi and air cooler worked good.
