Overpriced, bad value for money, not recommended
Excellent location, mobile homes among the trees providing shade, right next to a beautiful beach. Beds were comfy. But these are all the positives.
Unfortunately, Pine Beach fell far below our expectations. We booked a so-called premium mobile home, and upon arrival, we faced several issues: ants in the bathroom, dirty sofa full of white spots (on which my 10-year-old daughter was supposed to sleep), Wi-Fi not working, lights in one of the bedrooms that first flickered and then went out completely. We reported the issues to the reception desk and after 24 hours nothing happened. I had to report again to another staff member. Run-down, basically unusable gym, and some of the gym equipment was dangerous. Inconsistent staff members. The biggest disappointment was the unacceptably low quality of the food, especially at lunch, and the disgusting dining area with the smell of the nearby toilet sometimes. Improperly washed glasses and cutlery. No option for breakfast only—all-inclusive is the only choice available. This cost us 3k EUR for 4 nights stay, that included 20% discount. After three consecutive bad food experiences, we decided to go out for dinner, which caused unexpected extra cost.
I tried to contact Pine Beach by email, left a message using the contact form on the website, and sent a message with Booking messenger to express my concerns. No response. I ended up submitting a claim to Booking Customer Service and requested compensation, which got rejected by Pine Beach.
In general, Pine Beach was a huge disappointment. Overpriced, bad value for money, not recommended.

Longtime Guests, Disappointed by Changes
We’ve loved Pine Beach for years, but this sixth visit was disappointing. The beach and nature remain fantastic, but service has declined. Staff seemed unmotivated, tables left dirty, and service lacking. The info desk now combines everything, causing long queues, and some equipment (like pickleball rackets) was missing. Sunbed rules are not enforced, so they are reserved all day. We now pay €4/day for parking with no alternative, and while food is good, dishes often weren’t clean. It feels like new management prioritizes revenue over guest experience. We sincerely hope they restore the quality we loved.

Worst resort in Croatia
THERE IS NO ELECTRICITY IN THE ACCOMMODATION.
€180 per night for a straw hut with open gaps in the walls near the floor and roof, located in the middle of the forest. It is full of various insects and you can clearly hear noises from neighboring huts, which are placed very close together.
The door and window cannot be securely locked.
The beds are extremely uncomfortable.
The bed linen is dirty and has an unpleasant smell.
No towels, soap, or blankets are provided.
The hut that was supposed to be by the sea is not by the sea at all and is actually located quite far away.
The toilet is dirty and smells bad.
The staff are friendly, except for the manager.
The food in the restaurant is terrible and the selection is very limited.
The drinks in the restaurant are poor quality.
The parking area is quite far away, although luggage transport is available.
The sandy beach is very small and overcrowded.
The activities included in the price are only the most basic ones; everything else requires an additional fee, and the charges are quite high.
The café in the resort is expensive, and there is not enough staff, resulting in very slow service.

At camp in a resort
Very nice park, nice surroundings. But the influx of children and young people seemed like a youth camp. There are several camps here so it is never quiet and the crowds cause chaos in the restaurant. The all-in sucks. The groups of young people just take 5 pizza pieces with them, so they have to wait a long time for a little food. Pure refectory feeling at camp. Really way too expensive for the quality you get. Too bad!
