Gorgeous property and rooms are stunning! Breakfast was plentiful and so delish! Highly recommended!

Wonderful host. The view is amazing and the restaurant very tasty.

Very nice place, nicely situated within a 10 minute drive to Orebić. The building is a bit dated, but the view was exceptional, the salt water pool was very clean and refreshing, the breakfast was a convenient start to the day, and the staff were very helpful/approachable.

The property was very nice overall. Just be prepared for the walk or drive up the hill, and parking can be difficult in the evenings.
The rooms were nice, but they could have been a little cleaner. It would be nice if they had a fridge for each room. There were also quite a few grasshoppers and spiders around the property, and it’s easy for them to get into the room when you open the door.
Breakfast and dinner were both great, although it was hard to enjoy sitting outside because of all the bees.
The staff was amazing; very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
The rooms were nice, but they could have been a little cleaner. It would be nice if they had a fridge for each room. There were also quite a few grasshoppers and spiders around the property, and it’s easy for them to get into the room when you open the door.

Shady booking tactics, filthy property, and hostile management

Do not stay here. We paid €146 a night at Hotel Pansion Villa Antonio and were treated to awful service, dirty rooms, and aggressive behavior from the staff.
The Transfer Bullying direct-booker agent Mario:
We booked our airport transfer for €328 return using a legitimate booking link sent to us directly by Expedia. We had an issue with the transfer so we asked the hotel management help us so they contacted Mario over the phone, a booking agent for the property, who gave us an absolute attitude because we hadn’t booked directly through the hotel. He aggressively explain that the direct-booker price was "discounted" and that they never do that. The hotel then us said to us that we should’ve booked through them at an outrageous €220 ONE WAY (€440 return). Because we refused to be ripped off, the management gave us passive-aggressive guilt trips for the rest of our stay, including making us feel unwelcome for organizing our own lifts to and from town. Mario told us that he will contact us via email that day but we never received a thing even after emailing twice. We contacted the transfer company ourselves and confirmed the transfer was at the original price. Big shoutout to Kompas no.1 transfer company!!! We had the best driver Ivan for the airport transfer and the person we spoke to over the phone was very professional and put us at ease.
Pro-Tip for Travelers:
Do not use the hotel for transport. Do your own research or use Taxi Kokanja instead. They are the best in the area, incredibly professional, and offer fair, transparent pricing without the attitude. And please use kompas no1 for your airport transfer!!!!
The Arrival "Bait-and-Switch":
When we arrived, they brought us to a room but awkwardly told us to wait outside while they "checked" it. When we walked in, we realized why: it was old, filthy, and smelled like it hadn't been opened in months. Luckily for us, the air conditioning was broken, so they were forced to move us to a different room.
The "Upgraded" Room was Filthy:
While the second room looked better on the surface, it hadn't been properly cleaned either. There were crumbs all over the floor, bugs inside, and the balcony was covered in debris and critters. They didn't even check the basic amenities—the shower gel dispenser was practically empty, and we had to go ask for soap.
Zero Housekeeping:
During our entire stay, our room was never serviced. The bed was never made, the trash was left full, and sheets were never changed. They did a quick towel swap on day two, but only because we explicitly asked for it. Even though we asked for new bed sheets at same time, we did not have fresh sheets for the whole stay.
Verdict:
This hotel relies on bullying guests into heavily marked-up private transport packages. There was a meal that was cooked which we paid for, was nice but no meal makes up for hostility, filth, and greed. Avoid this place entirely.
