Honest review!!!!!!
This hotel is such an amazing place definitely recommend to go here!!!!!
Location
The beaches here are really lovely (quite pebbly so maybe bringing beach shoes would be good) with super clear water full of fishes. They are crowded often so maybe hard to get a sunbed! The surrounding area is lovely too, nearby is a harbour with boat tours. We did one and although we did not see any dolphins the experience was great!☀️
Rooms and facilities
The room was lovely, very clean, all toiletries were included and the beds were really comfy. We were right near the lobby but didn’t really experience any noise. The lobby is nice and has slide rock climbing and softplay. Scheduled snacks from ria bar are very good from two to six so are great in case you miss lunch. The pools are great really clean not too chloriney but clear underwater. Some have slides too and there is never any trouble with sun beds for us. The food is great at the mark buffet too, very big variety there is puddings like cake, mousse and tarts and salads, fruits, meat, cooked veg, chips, pizza, pasta, rice etc. there is yoghurt, cereals, bacon/sausage, egg, ext at breakfast also. The maro club is good too, drinks, disco, some show’s. The spa also is excellent, kids treatments, saunas, steam rooms, hot tub, bar with teas and fruits, lovely atmosphere very chilled.

Staff are very nice and helpful, the one issue is if you are at a meal and half eat your plate then go leaving the half eaten plate unsupervised to get sauce or something, the staff WILL TAKE IT AWAY!!!!
Service for beer/wine ect is really fast and the drink itself is really good quality!!
That is basically all but good value for money great for family and overall an amazing holiday!!!

Great hotel
Lovely hotel, lots of facilities, great for children, there’s a teen club too although could be advertised better as not many teens turn up to the events. Restaurants are great, lots of choices. Rooms clean and tidy. Standard not really big enough for three adults, I’d recommend upgrading to a bigger room if more than two adults. Evening entertainment could be better at the theatre bar as it finishes at 9pm but there are live bands at the top bar near reception until 11pm.

Not all inclusive and not 5 star!
All inclusive but not all inclusive!
I’ve been to many all inclusive hotels and generally everything is except for spa treatments or top shelf drinks, but this resort has lost the meaning of all inclusive due to so many add ons and extras that would normally fall under the included bracket.
Bad drinks choice - resorts usually have watered down soft drinks but these were awful syrupy flat and not even cold, very minimal included, even fresh juices at breakfast were an added cost.
Bars that were by the beach weren’t part of all inclusive so you have to walk up very steep hills/steps to find a warm watery drink.
The main restaurant/buffet - overstimulation Choas!
The room is very narrow and there are alot of tables packed into a small space, its loud, its busy, the way the food is laid out means a lot of back and forth and it’s the same to come in and out so your constantly dodging people and trying to walk up and down, and not loose your plate as people push through, the staff don’t give way to guests they are zipping around in and out, spinning around whilst holding trays etc so are constantly crashing into people, there is a consistent noise of plates being dropped, cutlery clattering to the floor, glasses dropped and smashed. Food isn’t very exciting and not enough variation.
Al la carte restaurants, you usually get at least 1 visit included and you pay for more but none of the al la carte were included, supposedly guests get a discount but we didn’t and 2 are a 10min buggy ride away from the hotel.

Use of sports facilities - not included
Water inflatables - not included
Reception Staff were unhelpful and never seemed to understand what we needed help with.
Rooms were clean but they never took away glasses/cups, we had to take them out the room ourselves and then we’re never replaced.
On a positive note the facilities for children is huge - the play areas are great, the baby change, nappies by the pool, baby food, steps in bathrooms etc was all really great.
