Wonderful stay!
The apartment we stayed in was amazing! It was big and comfortable with lots of space for our things and there was a beautiful courtyard, perfect for a morning coffee!!! One of the most important things for me is for the place I´m staying in to be clean, and this apartment did not disappoint. Also, toiletries were provided and the kitchen was fully equipped. The location is also great, with Riva so close. If you are staying here, you should also climb the stairs to the top, you will experience one of the best views in Split. All in all, a great stay. I would warmly recommend if you want to be close to everything and be able to experience Split in the best possible way.

Highly recommend!
Great place to stay at if you are visiting Split. The location is great - near to everything since it is in the heart of the old City. It is a walking distance from everything you might need. The apartment was clean, the view amazing and there is even an outside terrace that is simply lovely.
The apartment we stayed at was pretty big with a good layout and it was well kept. Overall we were very satisfied on all counts - service, room and cleanliness.
It is hard to find a good place to stay but this time we were not disappointed by our choice. We will definitely be coming back here again!

Clean, large apartment in a great location
My husband and I stayed here for a week. The apartment is easy to find and we felt it was in a great location, roughly 5 minutes walk from the old town and port. It is also within quiet surroundings yet close to small restaurants.
The apartment was very clean and spacious and our host Pavla met us at the apartment on arrival and was friendly, informative and happy to answer questions whenever we had them. Thank you :)
The apartment had a fully functioning kitchen, sitting room, air conditioning, modern bathroom with shower and large bedroom with a fan, small balcony and we felt safe.
We would wholly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Split. It had everything we needed.

Wonderful apartment in between Old Town and Marjan
My family and I recently stayed at F&A Apartments. We were very happy with our stay. The owner, Pavla, was highly responsive and kind. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable, had a useful kitchen, and ample bathroom toiletries and towels. A washing machine was also available on premises. The only minor niggle was that the wall AC unit was in the living room; while it provided ample summertime cooling to the living room (including the area with the sleeper sofa), the temperature in the bedroom was a little warmer than would be ideal due to being relatively distant from the AC.
The apartment had an excellent location, about a ten minute walk to Diocletian’s Palace, a five minute walk to the base of Marjan hill, and a fifteen minute walk to the ferries. Standout restaurants within a five minute walk included Articok and Kantun Paulina.
I would highly recommend this apartment to anybody visiting Split.

Fantastic accommodation and host
We can’t recommend F&A apartments enough. It was perfect for us. A couple of minutes walk to the centre of town, restaurants, shops and palace. Close to everything but lovely and quiet.
The accommodation was immaculate, beds comfy and had everything we needed. There was a lovely terrace area with a bbq.
Our host Pavla was absolutely brilliant. So friendly and helpful and brilliant with our children. She had thought of everything and it really felt home from home.
We would definitely stay there again if we return to Split.
There are a few options of agents to book these apartments with and we chose Amoma as it was the cheapest at the time. Big mistake. We had no communication from them once we’d paid so had huge problems contacting our host once we arrived. I would suggest using one of the other agents apart from Amoma to book.
