Better location!

The apartment is within the walls of the Diocletian Palace. Easily accessible, it is close to the attractions. Although it does not appear on the outside, on the inside it is very beautiful, comfortable and of good size, equipped with a small kitchen.

Don’t book here if you arrive after 8pm

Very good location but the room facility is lacking in my opinion. WiFi signal is very weak and we have gotten much better signal on an island / middle of the ocean! They also charge you extra €40 if you check in late - by late I mean like 10pm (which wasn’t in the advertisement). With the price we are already paying it’s very outrageous!

Ancient city apartment

We stayed in one of the studio apartments within the walls of Diocletian Palace and it was excellent. The assistance from Jelena on arrival and advance information was excellent including a run down on the apartment facilities and tips for coffee, meals and activities. The room had everything we needed, stocked with basic provisions and all the kitchen ware needed for our simple needs. Highly recommended.

Can’t fault this place!

I came here with my two pals for a long weekend, and I’m blown away! Let’s talk about the apartment first...it is beautiful, and right on the doorstep for the centre of Spilt. However, because it’s up a small lane, you get none of the noise associated with a City centre. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, with good aircon, microwave, fridge, TV and free (good!) WiFi. The bathroom is clean and modern, with a good shower. The owners can’t do enough for you - whether it’s an airport pickup or extended checkout time, they do all they can to make your stay a great one. There’s LOADS to do in Split - and it’s a terrific base for a long weekend. We’ll be back, definitely!

Fantastic place to stay

I loved staying in one of the Diocletian Apartments. We stayed in a ground floor apartment right around the corner from the office. It was beautiful and large and comfortable, and I liked that it was in a quiet, dead-end alley, because a lot of Diocletian's Palace is very busy and some apartments I saw were above noisy bars or areas with lots of tourists wandering around. We had peace but were still less than 5 minutes away from the Peristyle and also the entrance to the Riva. Super convenient, stores, restaurants, boat tours, all very close by. And a washing machine!
We also had amazing service. We arranged to meet and pick up the keys at the office and received lots of friendly help. We left something behind at the end, and it was mailed back to us right away, which we really appreciated.
This place was great value for money and I loved staying here, wandering around all the interesting things in the old town, and then being able to pop back in for a rest.
It was just a little dark because it is on the ground floor.
