Good base for an extended weekend.

Nice central base for our extended weekend in Split. Close to everything, and yet pulled a little back from all the virakken. Breakfast good, but a little boring. However, there is what you need to start the day. Very smooth check in/out. Good communication.

Clean and pretty but basic

Nice room, very clean, quiet and well located. Very convenient self-check-in.
But no kettle in the room, nor glass for drinking or in the bathroom. Breakfast more than basic and in a dark interior room. When I asked for a vegan option, I got a sliced tomato and cornflakes…

Beautiful little spot great location

We had a lovely two nights here. The room was spacious and well decorated with a handy door code which allowed us to check in very late after our flight arrived which was brilliant. Rooms were clean and breakfast included. We really like it here, it was tricky to find but thankfully we were given pictures of what to look for. Very convenient location close to all the restaurants and pier

Lovely accommodation right in the old town

The building is medieval from outside, in a narrow alley but completely modern and very tastefully done from the inside.
The staircase is very narrow and you need to be fit to lug your luggage especially if you are on the top floor. Parking is a big issue as this place is right in the old town, so you should call in advance in case you have a car. We managed to park our car in a private parking close to the accommodation for 120 Kuno per day.
The breakfast was sumptuous and good. Verdana was extremely helpful and gave us important tips. Overall this was a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

Mit Abstrichen

Das Beste zuerst: die 4 Zimmer in dem uralten Haus sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Unterkunft ist nahe der Altstadt, aber nur mit Mühe zu finden. Außer zum Frühstück ist niemand im Haus. Wer kein Handy hat, kommt nicht hinein. Die enge steile Treppe ist eine Herausforderung für jeden, der unter Arthrose leidet. Am kleinen Schreibtisch kann man nur mit gespreizten Beinen sitzen, weil ein Kühlschrank eingebaut ist und dahinter eine nicht sehr effektive Klimaanlage steht. Die Zimmer werden nicht gemacht. Das Frühstück ist bescheiden, aber ausreichend. Die Bewertung ist angesichts von Zimmern, Apartments und Studios in fast jedem Haus des Stadtteils nichtssagend. Der Preis ist eher vergleichsweise hoch.
