Outside of City, but great location
This is a complex of apartments without a central check-in desk. The 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in was located on Sime Ljubika in a tall block of apartments in a residential area that has easy access to grocery stores for self-catering, but not a lot of restaurants in walking distance. The check-in process was very smooth and professional (they met us at the apartment with the keys). The apartment was clean and well maintained and they had a washing machine, hair dryer and complementary soaps. We were on the 2/3rd floor, and although there wasn't an elevator, the effort to climb the flight of stairs with luggage, grandparents and kids wasn't a major problem.
Parking is in a lot outside the apartment block and although chaotic (and not reserved) we were able to find parking every time we came back.
We had a balcony with a sweeping sea view. From the apartment we could walk past the Radisson and an abandoned building to access a promenade that ran along a beach front. Although it looks like you could reach Split via foot it looked like a long walk so we opted to drive.
Driving into the old city of Split was about 10-15 minutes. We parked in several places during our stay but decided that the parking garage (Trumbiceva obla 16) near Marjan park was very easy to acess via car and close to the city.

Dissatisfaction and Unpleasant Experience with Property Reservation
Dear Sun spalato views Management/Owner
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the recent experience my family and I had during our stay at your property.
Upon our arrival after a long 4-hour drive with two children and seven luggage bags, we were dismayed to discover that there was no available parking at your premises. We were directed to a public parking facility located 3 km away from the property, causing significant inconvenience and distress, especially given our exhausted state.
It is disheartening that the lack of on-site parking was not clearly communicated during the booking process. Transparency about such crucial details is essential for guests to make informed decisions. Similarly, when inquiring about the property's amenities, we expected accurate information about the number of bathrooms and toilets. Unfortunately, this information was not provided, leading to further frustration upon our arrival.
The ordeal of spending two hours searching for parking and transporting our luggage significantly marred our experience. This lack of proper communication and inconvenience reflects poorly on your property's management.
I strongly believe that it is unfair to potential guests if these essential details are not transparently conveyed. I urge you to reconsider the listing of your property on platforms such as [link removed]and other prestigious travel sites. Ensuring that future guests are well-informed about parking arrangements and essential amenities is crucial to maintaining a positive reputation in the hospitality industry.

Stay far away from any Sun Spalato apartments!!!
Don’t book any accommodations through this company Sun Spalato. There apartments are no way up to standard and the company doesn’t disclose that their apartments are in the middle of a construction site. The noise is unbearable.
The customer service was in no way willing to help finding other accommodation or compensate.
When booking.com was contacted, Sun Spalato discredited the conversations we had had with them and the messages we had send on the day we checked in, saying that we couldn’t stay and had found other accommodation by ourselves.
Beware, Sun Spalato will cheat you too!!!

Great Apartment!
The Introduction by Mia was absolutely fantastic and the aparment itself does not leave any wishes open. One can enjoy the sunset from the balcony while watching over the sea and walk to the beach within 2 minutes. It's located a little bit outside of the heart of Split, but wan can walk there along the beach within 30 minutes.
There were only a couple of small details that don't make this apartment a five-star apartment: electficity switches often do not work, water-runoff in bathrooms are not optimal, TV control-panels don't have battery in, sun-blinds do not work and some more little issues. It may sound picky to mention this hear, but it just makes it not a 5-star aparment. Still - we would book this aparment again when going to split again.
