Comfortable hotel

We stayed 2 nights at the Cyrus Resort and had a very relaxing time.
The rooms are comfortable, although we needed to ask how to turn on the TV and how to get hot water (both had their own switch). Only negative was the lack of a fridge.
The restaurant served a good range of food at a very reasonable price.
The pool was lovely and we spent a good few hour relaxing there.
You can hire a boat to take your around the backwaters just a short walk from the hotel, which was a great experience

Really a good one...

Amazing location. Huge property. Neat and clean. Rooms were spacious.
Anytime access swimming pool. Huge parking space.
Just by the lake. Good morning sunrise view. On request, a staff also cleaned my car for my onward trip. High five to Rinu and all other staffs. Very courteous.
Quick suggestions... food can be better.

It was ok for once but we will not come back

We stayed for two nights at this facility. Staff attitude and kindness was exceptional and they were trying to accommodate our needs in the best possible way. Unfortunately the property looks neglected with rooms in immediate need of refurbrishing and thorough cleaning

Worst Stay

Pathetic experience I have faced when I stayed there.
Even though it was a pre approved booking, the hotel did not have the milk and the food available in the kitchen.
After reaching there, I was told that it will take around 1.5 hours to bring the food from some other place.
They asked me to order very well in advance.
Rooms are very small and conjusted.
Resort is located around 20 kms from the city, which we had to travel extra. It neither comes on the way from Thekkaddy or on the way to Varkala.
This resort is rated 4 star. Overall i would say that this hotel is over rated and not worthy at all.

Family reunion

It was a very brief overnight visit but with very comfortable rooms, good local cuisine, a great houseboat ride on the Vembanad, we all had a great time! The pool was small but we still managed to have fun. The staff was helpful.
