Amazing stay

I was first time in India, in kerala. I was looking for nice accommodation close to punnamada Lake. Highly recommended saffron regency. Nice furnished clean room with centralised air condition. The room was exactly what I was looking for clean, comfortable good Wi-Fi, the hotel staff give me a gift and I was shocked because they treat me as a member of their family..
Highly recommended ..

Bad experience

They didn't provide anything for using in the hotel.. no wifi is there.. no breakfast is there.. they are intensionaly changing the time of breakfast for not giving for us..first they will say 8.. then changed to 8.30 ..

Another tired venue in need of work. Broken toilet hose. Decent bed, but noisy location.

Perfect, secure, happy

It was a pleasant experience. Room and hotel premises were clean and well maintained. Really enjoyed . The host was very helpful in guiding us to the location as well as helped us to plan our itinerary
