Budget friendly ,amazing views and proximity to mall road.

Very spacious rooms if you opt for royal rooms. All rooms have valley view. Bathrooms very very clean and well maintained . Best part is parking is available and proximity to mall road. Inhouse food was excellent we ordered Indian and Chinese. Staff was very friendly and very well behaved . Helped us with our basic needs and queries.

THIS HOTEL DESERVES ZERO RATING.

it was a terrific experience to stay here. it has no lift. our room was at the lowest floor down, -3 floor down. staff is very rude, no proper room. services. no doormats in room out side bathroom. walls are very dirty. they have put some good images of rooms but reality is very different. never be impressed from the outside look. poor room service. and no one will come to carry your luggage at leaving time. in our room geyser was not working. we said to the staff many times but they did not give attention. and behaved very ruddly with us. vl never suggest to go with this hotel. nobody in this hotel cares for their impression or customer service. we dissapointed very much.

Needs maintenance

Pros:
Good location and view. Has its own parking. The rooms and bathroom were spacious.
Shops, ATMs nearby. The night view of the town is a great sight though.
Cons:
The hotels needs alot of maintaience.
Wifi was not working
You will only get a view of the town.

Nice hotel to stay. Couple friendly

Nice hotel to stay. staff behaviour is good. Food quality is good talking about rooms rooms are small in size but ok to stay as interior is build nicely.talkiing about parking- parking space is at road touch means vehicle has to face on road for parking guard is there for taking care but advising hotel to create some secure parking space.

HOTEL WITH BEST VIEW

Superb.And the view from its balcony was heavenly...I am completely satisfied with my stay at Hotel Shivalik. Even the food was awesome. Care takers were very supportive and provided us with extra blanket. I recommend everyone to must stay there only.
