50 mtrs from Golden temple walking distance

Very good stay very near to golden temple approx 50 meters very good staff nice and clean hotel definitely recommend

One of my worst stays ever

Made the mistake to book this place on Booking.com where it had high rating. We were a group of 4 adults and 1 toddler, once we reached the area Hotel staff came and got a 3 wheeler to ferry us to the hotel, totally unsafe and once we reach the hotel we were asked to pay the 3 wheeler.
Once in the room found out the towels kept for us had stains and holes, sheets n blankets were not clean, room walls had stains.
In the toilet no toiletries given, extremely dirty, faucet was broken, when we complained for the issue, the receptionist told us that we had broken it and plumber will only help us next day at 10am.
There was a power cut at 4 am and AC was not working from that time, no generator facility or anything for a hotel saying they are a 4 star facility.
Worst part after checking out from the hotel I received an email from Booking that hotel informed them that I never can to the hotel.
Avoid this place at any cost.

Visited just a week back along with family members, majority were Sr. citizens

Located in narrow lane where vehicle cannot reach. Rooms were Ok. Staff was very rude. Forced to change the room in mid of stay. Authetic bills are not issued. Only final amount of bill is told verbally. Fabrication in final bill. Service is not good. Cleanliness is not maintained. No restaurant facility. Visitors are cheated in room allocation as well as room charges. Not worth to stay at all.
