Cool Hotel Arambol

We rested here New Year holidays from January 31st to January 17th. There's a swimming pool for kids on the property. Rooms are cleaned every day. The bed linen is white – which is very luxurious for Goa. Receptive hosts. Near the beach. Market near, all the infostructure near.
We really enjoyed it.
It's not the first time in Goa.
Next time we'll be staying here.

Very Disappointed – No Understanding or Flexibility During Travel Emergency

We had booked 36 Yards Beach Hotel with great excitement. When our first Indian visas were delayed, the hotel kindly agreed to cancel and showed understanding — which we truly appreciated.
However, only three days later, when our new visas were issued with another administrative error, we found ourselves in the same situation again. This time, the hotel refused to help, even though we sent clear evidence and official emails proving what had happened. Instead, they doubted our honesty, which was deeply humiliating and painful after all the stress we had already gone through.
We have always loved India and its hospitality, but this experience left us feeling misunderstood and let down. Compassion and trust should never depend on luck or timing.

5 star plus

There are no words to describe this magical place ,that is a little oasis in the middle of Aramol Goa, I absolutely love it here, lovely pool, large immaculate clean rooms, with new king size beds ,fridge, air con balcony ect
It an amazing , location,right next to all the bars, 2 mins away from the shops, laundrette ,money exchange etc. Just one minute walk from the beach . Lovely restaurant on the complex,serving Traditionally Indian food, ect . An absolute must stay for anyone who wishes to have a quality stay in this magical place called Arambol .
The wonderful accompanying host and owner Paresh is like your private tour quire and carer . There is nothing he would not do for you.

Excellent location

We stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of January beginning of February, the accommodation was comfortable, modern and clean and ideal for our needs. Centrally located to all the amenities of Arambol, and a 5 minute stroll to the beach, the two owners were very helpful and accommodating to any request made to them, and were always available and friendly. Would I recommend, most definitely!
