Very good experience

Good hotel with all basic facilities and infrastructure. Prompt service and smiling hospitality. Was glad to have stayed here for three nights. This is the place to stay in Biswanath Chariali. As good as any hotel in the metros. Congratulations to the management.

Very BIG NO NO.Rediclious service..not recommended,better take OYO or other property.

I stayed in this property for 8 nights and they didn't even change my bed sheet or pillow cover and even asking for it they don't give any response like they are out of stock ..dirty torn linen..ac broke at night making awful sound can give you goosebumps make u sudden awake .whatever you ask the staff they will tell you "NO" . Even if you request for things to get it from outside they said 'NO'. "Atanu Chowdhury" the GM I don't think he even have a diploma in Hotel management. Lack of Management skill..Hell like Experience.very Poor Show.Staff even lack of basic human Ampathy,no curtusy toward guest. Even TV doesn't have any watchable channel/No WiFI

Good restaurant in biswanath chariali

The place is bang on highway. You cannot miss it. Parking may be problem during rush hour. But it's bearable. Good ambience, tasty food and prompt service. Menu is not extensive but met expectations in an upcoming place like Chariali.

One night experience in Royal palace in Biswanath Chariali

Rooms are good. Hotel staff are friendly.
But tarrif is high concidering available facilities though I got some discount on request.
No parking facility inside hotel premise for car which disappointed me. Complementary breakfast needs to improve.
