Bad experience at Six Season Hotel

I had very bad experience about the hotel. Though I had confirmed booking in the hotel about six months earlier through my travel agent God Speed, yet on arrival at the hotel on 15.04.2024 at night around 10 pm, they refused that I had any booking. After lot of conversations they apoliged for their fault and allotted a room to me. The room was leaking through all its portions. Rain water was pouring into the room. I had no other option than to stay there. The behaviour of managerial staff was not at all cordial. I would not recommend for the hotel.

Worst experience rude staff

Incorporative staff. Our room’s a/c was not working and they did nothing about it after complaining 10 times.neither did they change our room. And bathroom was stinking. Worst experience. Won’t recommend…

Will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Pathetically bad.

The washrooms were in pathetic conditions. No proper drainage of water from the bathing area, no hand towel or mat in the bathroom. Behaviour of Restaurant staff was rude, arrogant and very very bad.

Beware of six seasons Hotel, Srinagar

Think twice before booking, Bathroom taps will not work, only hot water will be available, you have to take normal water from Sink for bathing. When you go for sight seeing, they will shift your luggage to another room without informing you, if you ask them reason for changing the room, they will simply blame you, that you only informed them to charge the room.
