Best experiences ever

This property is very good and the rooms are also good and the staff provides proper service, they behave politely and there is a very beautiful view from the terrace, as the name suggests, Baga Beach Sunset You will get to see such a beautiful view in the evening

Worst facilities

Guys please don't be befooled by this sea view aspect. This hotel has got nothing. Its just a room with AC. In my case even AC remote was not available and it was set at 16 °C. Their TVs are non-functional and the reason they give for this is that, since its a beach belt TVs get rusted. Although the hotels adjacent to it have operational TVs in their rooms. So its clearly a cost cutting method. Washroom was stinking badly. The rooftop is actually a junk yard where the workers have make shift sleeping arrangement. I stayed there with my family for a couple of days and everyday i saw the occupants yelling at the hotel staff out of frustration. The owners won't speak to u properly if u ask a doubt. They would ask for advance payment, however one should not do that without seeing the rooms physically. They are only available through booking.com and agoda where their rating has increased offlate which is highly questionable and doubtful. Considering the condition and the facilities of the hotel, even the sea view room does not deserve more than Rs 1200 to 1300 per night.
