Great experience at Conrad!!! Check-in experience needs to improve a lot!!!
It was an amazing experience overall except the check-in experience compared to other 5 star hotels...
First of all there were 4 check-in counters but we were made to wait 10 minutes even though other 3 were empty. It was around 3pm when we arrived and thats the normal checkin time and I expect atleast 2 functional counters.. But anyways we completed the formalities and surprisingly no welcome drink, no assistance to the lifts, no explanation of the hotel facilities, just was handed over the key... If this can be improved then definitely a 5 star...
Exceptional lobby, very good restaurants, temparature controlled pool was very good , room was amazing, spa facilities was great...very clean and great view of the Ulsoor lake.!!! Overall a very good experience...

Great experience at Indian durbar
I visited Indian durbar at Conrad yesterday , it was a very good experience miss rekha who escorted me to my table was very polite helpful to make us understand about the Punjab theme.
Mr kushal and ayush were very nice to us they were very helpful to select the food.
Overall it was a great experience would recommend to everyone.

Overwhelmed with great hospitality
Great food and amazing service at Tiamo! One of the best restaurants in town. We loved the taste, quality and hygiene. Our server Anuj was outstanding — professional, very polite with a genuine smile and gave us an excellent service. He suggested the best dishes and took great care of us. Will definitely come back again!

Reformer Pilates
Very competent and friendly trainer! He gave me perfect instructions on the reformer Pilates machine. The workout was challenging and made a lot of fun. I am always happy to hit with Nagar!

We had a very pleasant stay at Conrad Bengaluru with our family. The overall experience was excellent, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive.
A special mention to Manikanta at the swimming pool, who was very helpful and guided us well. Ravi from the car parking/valet service was also very courteous and helpful.
The breakfast was very good, with a great variety of options, and the staff were attentive and guided us well throughout.
Our children, especially our 3-year-old, really enjoyed the stay and had a wonderful time. It was a great family experience overall.
Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again next time!
