Worst hotel experience in benglore
they don't even provide you water in room
geyser was not working for hot water, staff don't care about any complaint and official apps/site also should not list such hotes on app with fake photo
we booked for two days and can't stayed for one full single day.

ONE OF THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCES I’VE EVER HAD. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE.
My stay at Octave Hotel & Spa JP Nagar was extremely disappointing. The hotel stinks, looks shady and poorly maintained, and feels nothing like what is advertised online.
Several staff members appeared drunk or under the influence and behaved irresponsibly, which was very uncomfortable and unacceptable in a hotel setting. Basic professionalism and hospitality were completely missing.
The most serious issue was the refund. They delayed returning my money, gave false assurances, and showed no intention of resolving the issue. Their behavior escalated to the point where I had to involve the police due to their misbehavior and refusal to refund.
What’s worse is the complete lack of customer support. It has now been 4 weeks, and no one has responded to emails or follow-ups. There is no visible support team, no escalation process, and no accountability.
Based on my experience, the way this hotel operates feels deceptive and misleading. The positive Google reviews do not match the reality of the place.
If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Posting this review so others don’t face the same stress and frustration.

Bad hotel to stay
TV not working . Insects in room. Fan makes noise . And moreover construction work is going on even then people are booking the room it's wrong one side the hotel is doing their renovation and other side they are getting business
