The room was very spacious for the price. The staff in general were very pleasant to deal with.
Not sure why a security person sat outside, looking unkempt and yawing all day - unnecessary.
Some of the taps in the shower needs fixing. The street leading to the hotel was all dug up. Seems like a Bangalore issue for ever, but otherwise a comfortable stay.

rude staff's

The rooms were excellent, but the staff here were very rude with me they didn't satisfy any of my request as I requested for a room clean and a stay extension I didn't get a reply for hours from 9.30am to 12.30pm they made me walk several times to the lobby ,they treated me like they could face any reviews, I guess the only mistake I did was booking their room at the cheapest price the previous day which their supervisor revealed by 12.30pm after making sure their room's are All extra vacant for the day and he didn't even bother to clean the room on my second day of stay even after a request. PLEASE Don't BOOK

good city hotel, quiet and central

Very nice welcome. Great room with good bathroom and very clean. Large fridge and small kitchen corner in the room. Bed very comfortable and wide.
Breakfast buffet style, very delicious and cozy in the open breakfast room.
Quiet hotel, you don't hear any street noise, yet good location, many sights are within walking distance or reachable by tuktuk.

Lovely small hotel just moments from city life.

We stayed here at the start of our holiday, and came back a month later for our last few days in Bangalore. The hotel is in a good location, very close to bustling shops, cafes, restaurants, and an easy walk to the Metro. Reasonably quiet - easy for taxi pick ups. A clean and comfortable hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the roof top verandah room - it's nice to have outdoor space, and we enjoyed watching the fruit bats glying out at night!

I recently stayed at Olive Magrath by Embassy Group in Bangalore and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was as advertised, equipped with all the promised amenities. However, I did find the room a bit dark for my liking, which is something to keep in mind depending on your preference for natural light.

One of the standout features of Olive Magrath was the amazing co-working space available. It's an ideal spot for digital nomads or anyone working online, offering a comfortable and productive environment to get work done.

Based on my experience, I would certainly recommend Olive Magrath to those visiting Bangalore, especially if you're working while traveling.
