An Absolute Gem

The hotel boats an absolutely stunning location. The rooms were really cozy and very well maintained. The restaurant was a real treat and almost every dish that we tried was a hit with the family. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The view from the balcony was just magical. We had gondola activities planned the day of our checkout. The staff were very accommodating and helpful and arranged for us to have our luggage kept with the reception while we checked out of the hotel and proceeded to the gondola.

Good location and surrounding were too good

Location wise its awesome and services were awesome.
Breakfast had a good option along with good quality of dinner.
Only thing they need to work on the maintenance since fan was broken if you will on it was spinning with its cover(which might have been fixed if we had a call with him) but its should be in good condition. Also they need to work on washroom & room cleaning since wall were not up to the mark.

Surrounded by green meadows in heart of Gulmarg

The hotel location was extremely wow , surrounded by green meadows.Hospitality and room service along with room amenities were good.

A decent experience

The hotel is overlooking a beautiful meadow although only few rooms have the view of the meadow.
An area of improvement for this hotel would be the food service, had ordered an masala omelet once during the breakfast service and I had to remind the staff after my order did not arrive for some time , on another occasion we had ordered tea and it was slightly cold and we requested the staff to reheat it and although they did reheat it they were a bit grumpy about it.
