Nice

We visited here on 17/6/19.we had snakes.Service was good.Very neat hotel.Prices are little high.The hotel is on the main road.Easily located.Parking is available.South Indian snakes are very good here.

Room AC are old and not maintained.

Very bad experience this time
Reached hotel at 7 pm on 8 march 2024
Booked 2 ac rooms as parents were travelling with us. Was given 2 rooms on 5 th floor. The AC in our room didn’t work so told the reception and they changed the room. The AC in this room was also faulty as ice buildup was happening and filters were not even cleaned. As it was on top floor fan was throwing warm air, could not check out due to my old age parents otherwise would have done the same. Very bad experience of a hotel which charge a good amount but could not maintain its room and its reputation. A big No in future.

Night spoiled cause of noise from AC/Corridor and Traffic

Hotel is old hotel, rooms windows are nearing to road which enables the traffic sounds to disturb ones sleep, communication from reception team is next big issue, they are not at all cordial, Rooms are well maintained as per old standards. there shall be continues noise from AC/Corridors and Traffic which spoils your sleep for sure.
Hot water is not available throughout, and dimmed lighting makes it difficult to work too.

Horrible place .. do not visit

If there was a negative rating then this place would get it. My family and me stayed there for a night. We went out for a hospital visit the next morning and returned back to find that none of our luggage was in the room . When we got in contact with the reception who started giving us silly reasons for our luggage being misplaced . The managers were rude and spoke to us with a lot of attitude as if the mistake was from our side . Mind it , that many of our important things were in the room . The management seemed to make a joke out of this situation and sounded extremely unapologetic..in fact they were fighting back with us while the fault was on thier part. This was an extremely unprofessional behavior potrayed by the hotel. The way the situation was handled considering the tone with which the managers spoke to us was disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It is extremely untrustworthy and as mentioned above the management is absolutely useless and rude . Please do not visit this place , if you care for your luggage and your self respect then please do not visit the place . The management was unapologetic as mentioned earlier . Disappointed and stressful visit

Un gran establecimiento sin mantenimiento.

Nos alojamos en este hotel en el mes de mayo de 2017.
Las habitaciones son bastante espaciosas y con aire acondicionado.
Pero el inconveniente es situadas en frente del hotel y tienen demasiado ventanas de vidrio, rayos de sol nos dio la bienvenida en la mañana temprano y no hay cortinas para detener estos rayos.
Hay una máquina de café máquina, pero inútil, debido a
que por qué limpieza diffect poner este ganado deffective en la habitación, no puedo entender.
Sirven desayuno complementario, la
primera vez que me he visto Tostado,
que es MAHARAJA sándwich ubicada una cocina de Belgaum.
Es un edificio bastante grande, pero necesita atenciones.
Restra y el personal es cortés y servicial.
