Worst Place to be at

This is the most pathetic hotel you can stay at. The rooms are not at all maintened and you would never in your life come across such worse service. Stewards would eat from buffet right in front of you. Room attendents won’t clean the room even if you ask them to, dont even bother to think they would if you place the clean my room card. They would clean items with hand towels right in front of you pretending it to be normal. Please refrain from staying here and find a better hotel.

Works in a pinch but not preferred

Trust the other reviews - not a great hotel. Room smelled musty/moldy; the toilet tank was dripping the entire time; the sheets were stained; the overhead lights were flickering (and they did not respond to our maintenance request to fix this); closets smelled overwhelmingly like mothballs and made our clothes smell. Expect no amenities in the room besides a towel, 2 bottles of water, and a very small bar of hand soap. We're pretty un-fussy travelers, so it was fine and we made it work (we weren't in the room much anyways), but I wouldn't stay here again. I will say the two guys who were working as housecleaning when we were there were super kind and friendly. AC does work and there is filtered water available on each floor to fill up bottles.

Unprofessional behaviour by Receptionist

Pathetic behaviour by receptionist named Sujeet during checkout on Day 3 w.r.t payment of bulk booking for rooms done by my colleague for his wedding. He called up my friend at 3:30 am asking for payment which my friend had already discussed and had an agreement with executives at reception on Day 1.
There is no co-ordination between receptionists working in different shifts.
