Amazing stay at Vesta Bikaner
I had an amazing stay at Vesta Bikaner. The staff is so polite and the food is really awesome. The ambience is so charming with a heritage look of the big multiple courtyards. The pool view is also amazing. Good thing is that this palace is little away from city traffic and hence making it a perfect place for vacation and staycation. I would love to visit again here on my next trip. This palace is also a good option to take a break when you are travelling from New Delhi to Jaisalmer. This is a perfect point to relax yourself. Once again, don't forget to taste the amazing Rajasthani food here. I am also thankful to their housekeeping manager Pankaj Verma who took special care of mine. He arranged special Rajasthani Ker Sangri food with pure buttermilk on my request. I strongly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Vesta bikaner Palace . A special thanks to Rahul , karunesh , kamal for their warm hospitality, kindness, and excellent service throughout our visit. They were always helpful and made us feel truly welcome. Their dedication made our experience even more memorable, and we would gladly stay here again..

A special shoutout and big thank you to Mr. Rahul Pandit and pankaj Varma . They made sure our room was kept spotlessly clean, completely fresh, and fully stocked with everything we needed every single day. Their polite attitude, prompt response, and incredible attention to detail made our stay so much more comfortable.
If you're visiting bikaner and looking for a hotel with top-notch hygiene and caring staff, I highly recommend this place. Thank you to the housekeeping team for the great hospitality

Hopeless place. Its about to die place.
While the location of the property is acceptable and conveniently situated around 12 km from the Amritsar–Jamnagar Bharatmala Highway, the overall condition of the property and our experience here were extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable.
The entire property carries a dull, neglected, and depressing atmosphere. There is visible dampness and seepage throughout the premises — including the rooms, lobby areas, public spaces, and even the ceilings. The condition of the property gives the impression of an abandoned and poorly maintained structure, almost resembling a haunted building rather than a hospitality establishment.
The cleanliness standards are shockingly poor. It appears that proper cleaning and maintenance have not been carried out for a very long time. The floors were dirty, the corners were filled with dust and pigeon droppings, and unhygienic conditions were evident throughout the property.
The condition of the room was equally alarming. The door lock of my room was not functioning, forcing me to place a table behind the door during the night for personal safety and security. Such negligence toward guest safety is highly concerning and completely unacceptable.
The restaurant area was shabby, unhygienic, and poorly maintained. The sofas were torn and worn out, with foam visibly protruding from them. The staff members appeared untrained, unprofessional, and lacking even basic hospitality standards.
The room itself was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly before check-in. The TV unit and furniture were covered with layers of dust. The bathroom was filthy, with heavy scaling and poor hygiene throughout. Essential amenities were either missing or non-functional — there was no toilet roll, the handwash dispenser was not working, and the shampoo and body wash provided were of extremely poor quality.
To make matters worse, there was no hot water available in the shower, making the stay even more uncomfortable. The bath towels were hard, rough, and emitted an unpleasant smell, indicating poor laundering and hygiene standards.
The overall experience was so disturbing and uncomfortable that we did not feel confident enough to even try the dinner or complimentary breakfast offered by the property. We felt compelled to leave the premises at the earliest opportunity after sunrise.
This was one of the most unpleasant and unsafe hospitality experiences we have ever encountered, and the condition of the property requires immediate attention and serious corrective action.
