Overall a good stay
1-spacious and clean room as well as bathroom.
2-courteous staff
Cons:
1-google map location is not correct
2-restaurant service within hotel should be there and the hotel which tsk di maru asks for delivery is just lobo whose food is not that good.

Pathetic Place
Size of extra blanket is not more than 2 feet wide and had lots of holes. it was as thin as a bed sheet. Same is with the towel. Owner and few of the staff members are quite arrogant. I don't know how are people liking this place. I booked this hotel after checking 4+ rating of this hotel. According to me, this place doesn't deserve a rating of more than 2. Don't expect any kind of help from these guys.

Nice peaceful place to stay at
Pros:
1. The owner is a very courteous and helpful lady who helps you to visit the best places in Goa.
2. If you are lucky to get 101 or 102 , the rooms are huge and a great royal experience awaits you.
3. The prices are pretty moderate
4. They are always there to help even in off hours
Cons:
1. It’s time the pest control be done . Too many times we had to call for cockroaches to be removed. It’s understandable in the humidity but a pest control is warranted
2. The accessibility would be pretty bad in monsoons.
3. The towels are only changed on alternate days.
4. Network issues in portions of the rooms .
