CHEATER FRAUDS IN BOOKING AMOUNT

Hi I am from Eros Travels Faridabad, Recently I booked a stay for my client in Kolkotta in mentioned Hotel through a Toll Free Number I spoke to the sales team and that Guy offered rates which i got agreed and i explained him what i wanted two three times of which ai have a voice recording as well, once my client reached to the Hotel I got to know they cheated me by not including dinner for 3 pax and again i had to pay 2100 for the dinner. I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM EVERY ONE WHILE BOOKING YOUR STAY CROSS CHECK EVERYTHING CAREFULLY THEY DID SEND ME THE DETAILS BUT IT WAS TOO MESSY THAT I COULD NOT FIND OUT THE GLITCH IN THE BOOKING. THEY ARE CHEATER, FRAUDSTER TOOO. AVOID STAYING IN FAB HOTELS

The property was clean and the rooms were spacious but it missed basic facilities like dental kit, body lotion, footwear, tea/coffee in the room. The breakfast was also average as there was no buffet which I was expecting. So I really had bad experience as facilities were not upto the mark and as per 3 star property these basic facilities are expected. Even 2 star property gives these basic facilities. So Not recommended at all.
Although the staff was nice, polite and cooperative.
Cant call it a 3 star.

The hotel and service was perfect
The breakfast they served in the room ,they don't have buffet service..and the quantity was small ..
Unfortunately we reached Kolkata in weekend
Couldn't sleep due to noise ,arrangements of wedding in terrace ,for 2 days the arrangements was going on the only at night.
Called the lobby but no use ..the staff knows but didn't do any thing..
Noise didn't stop till early morning...
So I suffered for 2 nights with no sleep

The King of Pathetic Room Service in Kolkata

If you come to Kolkata, you can look for any other hotel other than this. Even a 3 star hotel will greet and treat you like a human. Everyone here is building castles in the air. No one knows about any thing. We checked in at 1:30 which is 1.5 hrs late than the usual check in time. No amenities whatsoever in the room. When I called the room service to provide me a towel they never came. I went downstairs to the manager, to complain , he said towels haven’t come from laundry yet. So you see. This hotel is not worthy of a corporate hotel.

The worst hotel I've ever seen

The most terrible hotel I've ever seen.there are even no locks in the washroom.when told to install the lock,they ignored it.. service is really bad when called for a meal they delayed for like 1 hour......food delivery is also very slow..half of the time the food we want is not available.....the phone that they gave for calling is also not working...the door lock is also not working..when we told to fix it they are not even fixing it...Even the staffs are also very ill-mannered..really unsatisfied with the survice they provided.I would suggest u not to visit here...
