Her ability to anticipate our needs and handle every request with genuine care reflected the hospitality standards ITC is known for. What impressed us most was her positive attitude and personal attention—she made us feel genuinely welcomed rather than simply served. Employees like Muskan turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one. She is a real asset to ITC Sonar, and we look forward to returning.

Nice accommodations but wouldn’t stay again.

Spent 3 nights here. Beautiful setting but a real stench from sewage around the swimming pool. Hospitality was chaotic- I had a confirmed 2pm check out and got called at 1pm telling me to leave the room because the hotel was booked up. Unacceptable. Then they mixed up my reservation with my brothers which led to the wrong spa charges posted to the rooms, which took so long to sort out I was late to the hospital to visit my dad. The dining room waitstaff looked really unhappy during breakfast- I witnessed some rude customers... But spacious rooms with lovely views.
