An Exceptional Stay at Vivanta Kolkata
Taking a two days break from a hectic London lifestyle during my holiday in India, I chose to stay at Vivanta Kolkata, and I am so glad that I did.
From the time I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. What stood out most was the
hospitality and the willingness of everyone to assist with honest advice and thoughtful suggestions. Special thanks to Samrat, Manalisha, Dinesh, Debtirha and many others who were incredibly supportive throughout my stay my memory with names is terrible!
One of the highlights of my visit was the swimming sessions. I had the opportunity to learn new techniques from Paran Das, whose techniques and encouragement made the experience both enjoyable and memorable.
The room service was excellent, the room itself was spotless, and the overall standard of cleanliness was outstanding. Every interaction reflected professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
What impressed me most was that Vivanta delivered a five-star experience at an economical price :) offering exceptional value without compromising on quality or service.
I was also impressed by the inclusive workplace culture. Many female employees treated well, and it was clear that management valued and respected every team member equally. There seemed to be a strong sense of teamwork, with leaders working alongside staff rather than simply directing from above.
I leave with wonderful memories and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to the entire Vivanta Kolkata team for making my short break so relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable.

Cleaniness: 5/5; Location heart of the town, staffs and food was very good
Nice mid budget hotel from tata group. Location is fine. Not very far from sealdah station. Staffs are very responsible. Front desk person Mr Dinesh was very responsive person. One more person was Banquet Manager Mr Alamgir, he was very helpful and honest for his job. Overall a good stayes.

Everything at this hotel was absolutely perfect for a tourist/traveler. They had a really nice breakfast buffet. Near a few areas of interest. Uber very easy to catch along the hotel roadway. Also tuck tucks. The staff went over in a board to make a traveler/guest feel welcome. The bedding and toiletry amenities were also very nice.🤗
