Great stay
Another great stay at Edwin's hotel. Good position just off the "main drag" so very close to all the main amenities and numerous restaurants to eat at, including the hotel's Goan Village. The superb beach is only a 10 minute stroll away.
The rooms are spacious, as is the balcony. We loved the powerful shower, the fridge, the AC & ceiling fan, and tea/coffee making facilities. The very large bed is firm – ask for a "topper" and so were the pillows – we always take our own. The air-conditioned lift is a bonus, as is the swimming pool!
All staff were friendly. The rooms were immaculately cleaned daily, we were extremely impressed by the house-cleaning staff.
Breakfast is pretty standard - fruit, juice, toast and eggs with tea/coffee, but perfectly adequate.

Uncomfortable mattresses
We booked in for 3 nights, although after the first night of no sleep due to the wafer thin rock hard bed and noisy air-con. I reported it and the reception staff were very helpful and said the would put a mattress topper on. The mattress topper was basically a quilt, and made little difference the second night. We decided that we couldn’t stay another night due to not sleeping. We checked out and yet again the staff were very polite and refunded back my 3rd night… Please get some descent mattress’s , it’s a basic requirement for a hotel… Great location and bar outside and only a 15 minute walk to a lovely quiet beach that goes on and on.
