Mesmerizing hills of khajjiar
We visited fortune khajjiar in December 2025. It was an amazing experience. The property is luxurious with well appointed rooms. . Food was awesome. Service was outstanding.And it was an unforgettable experience. Awesome

Best Hotel
Fortune Khajjiar is the only best hotel in Khajjiar. Very well managed. It is far away from the main market and very peaceful property. Staff at reception is brilliant Mr. Chauhan, Avneesh, Vijay and even all the staff.

cozy hotel
The rooms were small with a balcony. From the balcony one could see the Hanumanji in the morning to get his blessings. However the service and the cleanliness was not upto the mark. The food was so so nothing great.

Not upto the reputation of the Fortune group.
One of the worst experience i had in ITC hotel. I had booked the hotel thru a travel agent . A deluxe room which was no view room and there was wall in front barely six I ches from your balcony as if you were in jail. The most horrifying experience the people on the upper floor wer talking and you get disturbed as their voice waa audible in your roomm even if you lock yourself inside the room with curtains . The staff had to say that since the booking was done thru agent they were not concerned as it wasn't done directly. It's better to stay at Dalhousie rather staying in Khajjiar. I would urge the senior management to please visit the room and understand what I have said. It will hurt your reputation in the long run. Then the mattress have big sagging those are small things. The taxation is also which needs clarification they charge GST 18% on food i stayed in hotels better than then with higher rent charged 5%. That also needs to be checked. Over all the experience was not to the mark.
