Absolutely pathetic staff and hotel

The staff were exactly rude to my father and mother who is 70 years old who had come to mmm hospital. I booked this hotel for them as it was the nearest to hospital. But they made their stay extremely unpleasant. Despite being patients, the staff threatened my father and insulted him. Took advantage of his soft spoken nature. Did not even let his brother (another senior citizen) visit him to check on his health. Bathroom stinking. Zero response to complaints. Extremely rude staff (especially Ms Maya). I am moving consumer court for compensation for mental agony. Staying in platform is better than staying in this hotel. Pathetic in every sense.

The sheets and pillow cases in the room were stained. The room was having mold issues. The commode in the restroom is moving.
Very poorly maintained property.
I’m surprised that Expedia is not making sure the pictures of the properties listed on the site don’t match the rooms and the hotel.
