Excellent stay and outstanding service!

My experience at Holiday Inn Chennai OMR was wonderful from start to finish. The location is convenient, the ambiance is pleasant, and the overall service quality is top-tier. Huge appreciation to Pradeep and Sunil for their exceptional service—they were attentive, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. Their dedication made a real difference in my stay. Will definitely visit again!

Housekeeping and neatness of the room

Overall experience was good. Hotel staff is very friendly. Especially housekeeping staff Sharimol and Anirban. They were co-operative and very customer friendly. I had asked about getting in and around Chennai for shopping which they helped me to narrow down to the places where I was able to go.

Very spacious room and friendly staffs

The support staff was very helpful - Prem attended the calls nd requests immediately. The room was very spacious and has nice verity of selection in the breakfast.
