Business trip

Had a great stay during my 3-day business trip. The hotel is very good for business travel, with a pleasant ambience and overall comfortable experience. The food was also very good. The staff was extremely helpful and supportive, and they even assisted me with an early check-in, which was truly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

Not worth the price at all

Completely not worth the price. The stay lacked even the basic facilities. The AC wasn’t working properly, and the temperature couldn’t be adjusted. There wasn’t even a fan in the room. The service was also disappointing and far below expectations. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience.

Great Solo Stay

This is my second stay at ibis Chennai City Centre and once again I had a very comfortable experience. It’s a great choice for a solo traveler, with a convenient location right in the center of the city and close to everything. The Chennai Metro 1000 Lights station is nearby, and Express Avenue Mall is also very close, with plenty of food options around. A special thanks to the front desk staff for always helping with every request anytime. Their service made the stay even better.
