Would like to thank the Taj club house and team for helping me recover a personal item which i left back at the hote during checkout. The team arranged to deliver this to my office before i boarded my flight back. Special thanks to security Yabesh for helping me out

Stay at Taj Club House, Chennai

We recently stayed at Taj Club House Chennai and wanted to share our appreciation for the wonderful service we received across teams.
Front Office Team: Pawan, Imran and Ahana were warm, attentive and made check in and check out seamless. Their readiness to help with every request stood out.
Restaurant Team: Saurabh, Aripta, Sandya and Ipshita ensured our dining experience was excellent. They were prompt, courteous and genuinely attentive to our preferences throughout the stay.
Security Team: Mishra, Shivlal and Yabesh were consistently professional and courteous, and their vigilance added to our sense of comfort and safety.
A special mention for Pawan and Saurabh, who lead the Front Office and Restaurant teams respectively. Despite being in managerial roles, both were remarkably hands on, personally checking in on us and ensuring everything was in order. This kind of leadership by example clearly reflects in how well their teams performed.
Thank you to the entire team at Taj Club House Chennai for making our stay memorable.

Good experience

Pretty good experience. Reception at the front desk as well as the parking were good and welcoming.
Welcoming attitude from Mishra and Shivlal were really good.

Taj clubhouse experience in Aug 2026

Very good service. Very clean hotel. Glad to have met Selvakumar who attended to me in a diligent manner. Also Ching, Shemumga, Ipshita, Madan + Ayan - all of them were very polite and prompt with their service
