Worst experience, not worth the money

We had booked a family room. The amenities were basic, with nothing worth mentioning.
First off, there is really nobody in the front desk at any time. There is a front-desk number kept on the desk in the reception, but nobody picks up.
The hotel runs low on staff. The same staff serves three businesses - the restaurant, a quick coffee shop, and the hotel.
Nobody comes to clean your room unless you explicitly ask, and that too changes only one bedspread. Even towels were changed only on demand.
Frequent long power cuts with no generator put on. Breakfast was horrible, with no much choice!
With all this, I should still appreciate the manager / owner because he personally gave his number and did as much as he could. But with very low staff, he could do only so much.
On the whole, it is definitely not worth the money.

Terrible stay at Treebo Punarnava – Unsafe (Gas Leak), mismanaged and pathetic customer support

Terrible stay at Treebo Punarnava – Unsafe, mismanaged and not et all worth the money.
Had to cut short a 2-night stay due to a cooking gas leak reaching the first floor — staff were unaware until I alerted them. Room was nothing like the photos: cramped, smelly sheets, water leak noise, poor breakfast, and no proper parking.
Treebo and Cleartrip support kept blaming each other. Escalation went nowhere. Even their WhatsApp support (+91 95130 00497) is a joke — just a chatbot stuck in loops, offering no resolution.
This place isn’t worth booking in advance. Avoid for your safety and peace of mind.

Quality time spent

A decent stay at Java Rain, as it was rainy season the property looked so beautiful, but we couldn't explore much due to heavy rain. So we recommend to visit during winters or summer for best views and stay experience. Food was ok not great not bad to say. Staffs were very kind and helpful. Overall would like to give four star.
