King of Munnar

It's very nice hotel. Breakfast is very good & services also nice. Mountain view is very good. It's Worthy. Thank you munnar crown team for such great stay. Very beautiful locations nice services good manner.

Really a bad experience try to avoid

Hi if you're booking through Oyo they will not accept we got an bad experience ,on August 1st we booked 3 rooms through Oyo and there was an option to make payment directly so we went to this place when we arrived there with 3 kids at 11;00 in the night the reception person Biju said they are not accepting any Oyo bookings as they
Have payment problem with them but he has very much listed out in Oyo and Oyo hoarding also in the hotel ,and more over his attitude was worst so we decided not to move in this hotel ,so folks be careful with this guy's

Good stay.

Had stayed for one night. Was good stay. Very cooperative and friendly approach from the staff. Have power cut issue. They have generator to over come the problem but still ,power was coming and going for many times, later it comes ok. Stay was quite relaxed. Overall rooms and bathroom was well cleaned. Have Wi-Fi connection, but only at lobby area. Very hard to reach signal to rooms. That's could be solved easily. becuase in munnar region there won't be get signals for Airtel,Idea,Vodafone and Geo in many regions. Mostly Bsnl have. So Wi-Fi at the Hotel rooms is a must needed. Limited car parking facility. Have only average hotels in walking distance.

Away from the crowd

A wonderful place to stay. The staff was really friendly and service was excellent. The rooms were clean and the food offered was good. The only trouble we had was the main road from Munnar to the hotel was blocked and we had to take a pretty bad detour.

Crown munnar is a very good hotel and very important persons for all rooms of very cloudy lake view rooms.we need thinks for a every thinking about with all persons.and good hospitality with cooperate with all staff members, particulars Mr.Ravi (property Mananger) and owner of the property in Mr.Tomy Chacko sir good person....
