Unpleasant smell in toilets
Even though I rate it best in CHURU, a foul smell in toilets makes the stay unpleasant.
The fumes from underground Sewage tank running up through drainage pipes in the bathrooms.
Management has not been able to fix it for over 6 months although they appear to be working on it sincerely.
This time quality of breakfast too were disappointing. Hope this be just a chance.

A horrible stench from bathroom
This time, i was given the ground floor Room#107. there was a HORRIFYING STENCH coming from bathroom. Unfortunately i had no option to change the hotel as it was too late. Hotel Staff was completely helpless.
I slept with the main door opened and every time i used toilet i hold my breath until i came out.
However, staff was co-operative to open another room on top floor as soon as it was available to help me take shower.
I hope management will give it serious attention to avoid the in-convenience to its customers.
