Daughters wedding

CSR landmark resorts location is the main highlight , surrounded by lot of greenery and mountains.. Especially during the winter period a perfect venue to conduct multiple events. Further they have rooms split into two categories ie French town and Bali village which are all quite spacious, hygienic and well layout.
This resort is equipped with four spacious lawn , which is widely spread and having large seating capacity and infrastructure facilities. Thus very ideal to conduct multiple events at their choice of place.
We had our daughter's wedding conducted here during the winter season.
All our invitees were highly impressed with the resort and available facilities. Also on the quality of food , menu varities ( tailor made as per customer request), well spread out backed up by service personnel's.
CSR team members extends high level of hospitality to match with customer expectations. We as a customer were highly satisfied in all aspects, and would surely recommend to our families and friends.
The operation team headed by Mr.Vignesh needs to be given all credit,for being such customer oriented.

no variety of foods, food are average, swimming pool will be operated only on demand. they will say at 8 o clock breakfast will be ready, but you have to wait until 8:45 am. Need to take care about the food hygiene.

Bali theme villa with private pool

We stayed in Bali pool villa. The villa was designed authentic Bali style including furniture. The staffs were amazing and very collaborative. Had a relaxing stay in Bali villa. They are planning on Arabic theme villa . Looking forward to visit again

Not sure where French fits in this Town

The main reason for choosing The Franch Town was it was near to the venue where the wedding we were going to attend. I would like to reveist this hotel in a few years when it has completed the works that are currently underway. There is mishmash of Balinese, Greek and other architecture so not sure what theme it will finally be.
The layout of the bedrooms and the comfort in them is interesting. We had only one meal (dinner) so cannot comment on the catering provided. The dinner was a hodge podge of cuisine and not truly reflective of the local delicacies. I suppose they are trying to provide something for every one.
All in all it was comfortable and convenient for where we needed to be. I want to send a speacial mention to the new GM, Priya and one guy who seemed to everywhere when you need him, Saddam Hussein (yes, really).

Relaxing weekend getaway

Had a great time at the resort and my parents enjoyed private pool room. The pool is clean and just 4 feet. Also the food was homely and tasted good. They have amenities like atv and horse ride. There's a French Era chariot to take some photos. Overall a great relaxing weekend.
