Pleasant stay

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was on the 1st floor..both the rooms had attached bathrooms...very good....neat& hygienic too..small kitchen was there with induction stove & utensils .
Caretaker Maya is good...on the whole had a pleasant stay

Hidden Gem: Big Rooms, Kitchen Fun, and Close to the Beach

This hotel is a hidden gem! Tucked away in a calm spot, parking is a breeze with space on the road and one car inside. The 7 spacious rooms are spotless, equipped with AC to keep you cool. The kitchen is a boon—stocked with utensils and a fridge. Just grab your ingredients from the nearby supermarket (3-5 min walk) or bring your culinary masterpieces. The cherry on top? Seamless communication over WhatsApp. The only hiccup: the location seems secluded, but that's South Goa for you! With Colva beach just a short 2 km drive away, it's a perfect happy hideaway.

Experience the real Goa!!

Excellent service by the house keeper Maya. She maintains the place like its her own. Its very clean and well maintained. The place is close to at least 3 beaches and is not very far from Margao city( 30 mins bike ). We were a family of three and coming from the fast paced life of the city, we enjoyed the laid back culture of the village life. If you want to experience the real Goa, this is it.

Keep away from this accommodation, unprofessional & substandard etiquettes

During the pre- booking conversation, they had promised dinning facility , however they backed out on arrival. There is a lot said & done about the care taker of this place, however there is complete disconnect between the owner of this property & the care taker who actually works very closely with the customers. Care taker Maya is full of fake attitude & has tendency to shrug away any iota of responsibility that should be exhibited by a professional care taker or facilitator. Hot water is available only in the evening , which is not conveyed to the customers on call or when inquired. They mislead the customers by stating half information. On confronting them they have tendency to push the blame on each other (owner & caretaker). This place is managed by highly unprofessional human beings.Keep away from this property, if you dont want to feel cheated & ruin your pleasant Goa vacation.

Satisfying vacation

Positives :- Clean spacious room with basic amenities provided for. Ample parking space in the compound and outside. Ample space available to dry clothes in the sun and also in the shade at night (this is required after a visit to the beaches!) Common kitchen which was clean. Plates and other crockery, induction stove, fridge, Aquaguard water filter, pans etc available. Safe and serene surroundings. A broom available in the kitchen (this is also required after a visit to the beaches!! Cannot imagine walking in the room with the floor smeared with sand after visiting the beaches).
Mosquito mat present in the room. Nice living area outside the room with a table and few chairs. The caretaker is very sweet, friendly, helpful, and non intrusive at the same time. She offered to prepare breakfast for us every morning ( We didn't opt for it only because we wanted to explore our surroundings a bit more while going out for breakfast). WiFi, though available, was not working. Also, phone signals don't work inside the room and even inside the compound. But, isn't that good!! To be away from gadgets during vacation!! A totally satisfying experience for me and my family.
Negatives :- Can't think of anything !
