Reception wonderful experience Mr Deepak and miss Rebecca
It was a wonder stay with pride elite Daman my kids really enjoyed the pool the minor issue was that pool water was a bit salty apartment from this we really Like it and thanks to Mr Deepak & Miss Rebecca ,Padam for providing and doing all the needful

Above and Beyond: Outstanding Service
We had an exceptional experience during our stay. Despite the continuous heavy rainfall and severe waterlogging over the past three days, the hotel staff went above and beyond to support us.
Since no two-wheeler or four-wheeler services could reach the hotel due to the flooded roads, SANTOSHBHAI gave us his own two wheeler without any hesitation. His generosity and willingness to help made it possible for us to step out when we had no other option. We are truly grateful for his kindness.
A special mention to PADMA, the receptionist, who was incredibly supportive throughout our stay. As we had no mobile network, she & santoshbhai regularly checked the weather updates, road conditions, and train status for us, keeping us informed and helping us plan accordingly.
Their genuine care, selfless assistance, and outstanding hospitality turned a difficult situation into a much more comfortable experience. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness and excellent service.
