Nice staff!

I read the reviews about this hotel after my stay and I was surprised to read them. I stayed in this hotel on 11/26-11/28/15. The room was spacious and clean. Although the hot water didn't work. We stayed in winters, so never used AC. But the staff was very courteous, the lift worked fine and we stayed at 3rd floor.Once the flush broke and we called the reception and the person came in less than 5 min. They woke us up for our onward journey as requested. They were also nice enough to arrange the transportation to the station. Food was good, but little expensive.
We stayed in double room on the day 1 and the bed was comfortable, but on day 2 bed was little stiff, but my family members had no such complaints.
Overall, I can stay at this hotel again.

Worst hotel

This is a worst hotel I have ever visited. They do not allow unmarried couples even with an outstation ID, it was mentioned there on goibibo app that hotel is couple friendly. Bad behaviour.. had a worst experience. I wrote a review on the goibibo app so the hotelier called me and started misbehaving just because of my negative review. I suggest all the people to find any other hotel in karol bagh. There are more than 100 hotels in that area. Don't ever book this worst hotel

old not maintain

Stay here during some urgent work. Hotel is quite old, room has bed and sofa also but sofa was not clean. There was likage from tap. Staff was good. Bathroom should be more clean. Location is excellent as its located just walking distance from metro station and near by market area.

spacious unclean rooms

I have stayed in this hotel on a few of my trips, and every time when I check into the room, I have to tell the staff to change the bedsheets, pillow cover, clean around the dust, ask for the wifi password. The rooms have nice furniture, but just not clean. The floors and the bathrooms are always found to be untidy. There are definitely plenty of better hotels around available for same prices.
