Non Hospitality professionals, not a hotel

As an IATA-accredited agency, we chose this property based on its online presentation and initial assurances, including a promised room upgrade for a long-stay booking. We expected a professional standard suitable for our clients.
Unfortunately, the actual experience was extremely disappointing.
Our guest checked in late at night and immediately encountered multiple issues. Basic amenities such as blankets were not available in the room and had to be requested after check-in. Additionally, certain items left openly in the room drawer were inappropriate for a family environment. This created a very uncomfortable and embarrassing situation, especially as the guest was traveling with a child. Such oversights are unacceptable in any professionally managed accommodation.
The handling of these concerns further added to the dissatisfaction. Despite repeated follow-ups, responses from the property were neglected and lacked professionalism. Instead of resolving issues promptly, refund amount for unsatisfied clients, communication was difficult and did not reflect a service-oriented approach.
Based on our experience, the property did not meet even basic expectations of hospitality in terms of preparedness, guest handling, and overall service quality. Our guest was uncomfortable enough to discontinue their stay.
We strongly advise other agencies and travelers to exercise caution, verify room conditions and amenities in advance, and avoid making advance payments without clear confirmation of service standards.

It was a pretty depressing room with torn blanket and used soaps and toiletries in the toilet. Dirty sheets in the closets. Although I had 2 nights' reservation, I could not tolerate the though of spending the second night there and moved out after the first night. Not an experience I would ever want to repeat.
