Service was good. But checkout was troublesome. Though the payment had been made in full, the hotel front desk said that they had not got the payment.
I wrote to expedia and the hotel regarding this and I didn't receive any reply.

Worstexperience

I have rated 1 just because if there would have -1 I would have give below than this "it was a nightmare or I would say pathetic hotel it was, the morning breakfast wasn't up to the mark, even there was no room service available after 10pm.the room was dirty even the staff was so rude or arrogant. They were charging me for the keys that I have lost, charged me over 500,for just a simple card key, this was first time I ever seen in my life where hotel was charging me for 1 key then I didn't lost it, it was taken by the hotel housekeeping staff.i have booked hotel for rs 13000 this kind of service they have been providing I would request you all dont do the reservation on this hotel.

Bad to be honest

Really very poor hygiene bathrooms after usage of some other people was not cleaned and not good at all and very important thing is no hospitality..only advantage is good food.Had very bad experience
