Misleading Listing, Pathetic Condition, No Support – Not Worth the Money @ luxe couples loft by IOI

We had a highly disappointing experience booking a service apartment through Agoda at AIPL Joy Street, Gurgaon. We paid a hefty amount expecting a comfortable stay with basic facilities as promised in the listing. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different and far below acceptable standards.
The listing clearly mentioned free parking, but when we arrived, the mall authorities informed us that parking is not free, and there is no dedicated parking facility provided for guests. This was extremely inconvenient and misleading.
The room itself was in pathetic condition:
No working internet, despite being advertised
Bathroom exhaust was not working at all
Carpet was dirty and poorly maintained
Overall hygiene and maintenance were extremely poor
Corridor carpet was stinking, giving a very unpleasant impression
The room did not feel worth even a fraction of the amount charged
To make matters worse, this is a service apartment, and despite contacting the owner multiple times through messages and calls, there was absolutely no response and no resolution provided. The lack of customer support was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
Agoda is charging a premium price for this property, but the actual condition and services are far below acceptable standards. The listing is misleading and does not reflect the real situation of the property.
We strongly advise future travelers to be cautious before booking this property. The price charged does not justify the condition of the room or the level of service provided.
Given the poor experience and misleading information, we believe a refund should be seriously considered, as the services provided were not as promised.
