This Stay Was Exactly What I Needed, Soft Vibes, Good Food & Total Relaxation
I recently stayed at Fortune Park Orange Gurgaon for a one-day getaway, and it turned out to be a truly refreshing experience.
From the moment I arrived, the ambiance felt calm and welcoming—perfect if you’re looking to unwind without going too far from the city. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush green surroundings that instantly set a peaceful tone.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with all the modern amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay. I especially loved how cozy and well-lit the space felt—it made relaxing so much easier.
The highlight for me was definitely the pool and outdoor areas. It’s the kind of place where you can just sit back, slow down, and enjoy the moment. The food was another pleasant surprise—fresh, flavorful, and with a good variety to choose from.
What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable.

Pathetic deteriorated property not recommended.
Extremely poor service ,old dilapidated rooms with broken fittings, stale,stained and unhygienic linens and towels.
Had to repeatedly follow up for luggage to be sent to rooms post check in.It took an hour for the luggage to reach our room.The front office donot respond to calls.Food is not that great.
The property needs a serious revamp in terms of fittings and more importantly their service.
This property has deteriorated to much worser situation with time.
Their claims of undertaking renovation years back is still incomplete with works in progress all day creating huge disturbance and noise to guests.
Even renovated rooms and fittings are extremely pathetic.Unclean interiors with dirt and stains allover, broken fittings and fixtures,etc; makes it a worser experience than a basic budget lodge.
Front desk is absolutely lacking basic hospitality standards ,expected of a star property.
Guests are left to fend for themselves with no one guiding nor providing a welcome drink on arrival.Guests are made to wait for hours claiming that rooms are not ready even beyond the stipulated check in time.
Inroom dining service is zero.The room's house phones are non functional and despite repeated calls to room service and front desk,they donot even provide a basic food menu to the rooms,with only false promises.Service is too slow and inhospitable.Wonder an ITC group property falling to this standard.
Please beware of the billing while checking out. The bill includes charges for activities not done and on informing about the errors the team is clueless.
The lobby looks more like a fair's play zone with crowds shouting and running with absolutely no semblance of a star property ambience.Absolutely chaotic with extremely poor ambience.
Definitely not an ideal property to stay for business or personal visits.
