Truly delightful stay
We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon. The entire stay was comfortable, pleasant, and truly memorable.
A special mention to Mr. Saumya at the front desk, who was extremely courteous, helpful, and welcoming. We would also like to appreciate Abhishek and Aman at the bar for their warm hospitality and attentive service.
Another highlight was the 24-hour coffee parlour, which is a fantastic idea and adds great convenience and charm to the overall guest experience.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to thank the entire team for making it so special. We look forward to visiting again!

Unforgettable experience !
We visited Grand Hyatt Gurgaon for a special occasion! I must say that the Grand Hyatt team made it even more special ! The Grand Hyatt team took special care to ensure that the experience was unforgettable!!
Huge appreciation for Surbhi Goyal for meticulously pre-planning the entire event ! Abhishek in the Bar was a wonderful host ! He made sure that the snacks were served hot ! Neha took lot of care in decorating our room ! Sneha took lot of effort in showing us around !
We were in the Grand Executive Suite… which is spacious, has a modern washlet and spacious shower room !
The management deserves congratulations to have come up with the idea of a 24x7 tea/coffee facility at the cafe (Parlour) !
