Gr8 stay and value for money

A great place to stay in Gurugram.
Food quality is gr8. One will feel like home food preparation in the hotel.
The staff Is very friendly and we'll behaved, always ready to help in need.
My sincere thanks to Mr. Himanshu for his polite behave and ready to help attitude.
Overall a plesent stay in budget expance.

Stayed at Maple Leaf Hotel, Gurugram. Rooms were clean and overall service was good.
However, I was charged ₹600 for just a 2-hour early check-in (initially ₹800), even though I checked out early and the hotel didn’t seem busy. Felt unnecessary and overpriced.
Because of this, rating it 2 stars.

Comfortable Stay...

Located next to main lane hotel is easily accessible. Rooms are spacious and clean.
Staff are very good and helping.
In Room dining is very nice with wide options, especially paneer dishes are very good.
Cyberhub and other mall are in walking distance.

Short trip of 2 days

I came to Maple leaf with my parents. Had a really short stay at the hotel. The reception is quite responsive. Breakfast was good. Room & washroom was quite clean. Beds was soft and comfortable. Staff was kind & helpful.

Ideal stay for Solo Traveler

The one thing I Liked a lot about DLF Phase 2, Gurgaon is availability of hotels like this one. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It was a personal visit and I was traveling alone.
Pros:
The Reception was quite attentive. So the check in and check out was real quick and hassle free.
The price and charges are decent and very affordable
All the basic amenities are available and is ideal if you want to stay away from the traffic and noise of the city.
Hotel Staff is very courteous and cooperative
The room charges are very decent and is ideal for you if you need a room to stay with some basic services.
Cons:
If you like to booze, then carry you own bottle or else buy it from nearby as the hotel does not serve liquor.
There could be times when you might struggle with A/c or TV; however, the technicians are available in house so they will rectify it soon.
The construction is quite old and the ambience will reflect it very often.
My stay was very comfortable. In case you want to explore the places nearby, then book an OLA rentals as per your requirement. If you are traveling from Airport then prefer booking your own cab and refrain from asking the Hotel to provide a pick-up service as it will be higher than expected. If traveling from Delhi railway station then don’t hesitate to get in the metro. It will not only save money but also saves a lot of time from road traffic.
In this segment, I will give this hotel a 3.5 star.
